Care & Return Policies

Washing Instructions:

Hey Plie dance wear and sequin items should be hand washed in cold water. Lie flat or hang to dry IMMEDIATELY: DO NOT LET SOAK IN WATER. 

Just like your favorite pair of jeans, our sequin items only need to be washed every few wears. 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN 

Items purchased from Hey Plie are eligible for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE if returned within 14 days of delivery date. Store credits will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Items are ineligible for return if they have been altered in any way. 

Undergarments must be worn when trying on Hey Plie items. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. We cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items. 

We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

RETURN + EXCHANGE OPTIONS

  • EXCHANGE - NEW SIZE
    Love the item, just not the right size? Exchange for the exact same item in a new size (if in stock). As soon as we receive your item(s) in house, your exchange item will be processed and on its way to you! 
  • EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT 
    As soon as we receive your items, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a store credit e-gift code. Code will be emailed to the email address provided on original order.  
  • No refunds, store credit only.

Exchanges are limited to one per original order number. Please note that discounts and promotions do not apply to exchanges for merchandise order as we honor the price of the original purchase price and don't extend sale prices to future orders of other merchandise.
